PBQ Smoke is a Northern Ontario based food trailer serving up BBQ options such as pulled pork, brisket, ribs, and chicken. We take pride in smoking meats, low and slow over real wood fire. Whether we're parked across from Lauzon Beach or feeding a hungry event crowd, everything we plate is made with care and BIG flavour.
