How long does it take to smoke your meats?
We take our time, because that's the whole point of real BBQ

Everything is cooked low and slow to get that proper bark, smoke ring, and tenderness you just can't rush
Where do you source your meat?
We use high-quality ingredients and prioritize sourcing from Northern Ontario meat providers when possible. Quality in = quality out, and it makes a big difference in the final products
Why do event prices vary?
Every event is a little different. Pricing can change based on:

Why aren't you open every day?
PBQ Smoke runs on a rotating schedule. We're open on select weekends (typically every 2nd) due to full-time work commitments. When we're open, we go all in - and we post our schedule and events in advance so you can plan ahead
